Scaled main brand KOKAE from 2 to 10 SKUs (+400%) and launched the sub brand “KOKAE WOMAN” with 3 new SKUs, expanding the total portfolio from 10 to 13 SKUs (+30%) of growth.

Situation:
Following the commercial success of the Kokae brand’s fitness supplement line, the team sought to expand into a new industry focused on women’s wellness and beauty. They aimed to launch a sister brand, Kokae Woman, that would empower women while maintaining a premium and modern aesthetic.

Task:
I was tasked with designing the complete visual identity and brand experience for Kokae Woman, including the color palette, typography, packaging, labeling, marketing materials, and a boutique style showroom. The goal was to create a cohesive, feminine, and premium brand that resonated with the target audience and enabled market expansion.

Action:
I developed design proposals aligned with the brand’s archetype and produced 3D models of product packaging, stands, and the showroom. I selected a skin tone inspired color palette, featuring the main shade “Kokae Woman Beige Pink,” paired with black and white for a minimalist yet luxurious feel. Didot typography reinforced exclusivity for headings and product names. Packaging design maintained feminine naturalness with premium accents, black and gold for Skin Glow and Collagen Shots, beige pink with black for the Kokae Woman kit. The showroom design featured immersive, boutique style elements such as hanging plants, led accented logo walls, seating, display shelves, and advertising screens to create a feminine garden atmosphere. Marketing materials were also created for social media, email campaigns, and e-commerce platforms.

Result:
The project resulted in a cohesive, premium brand identity that successfully positioned Kokae woman in a new industry. The brand’s digital presence and e-commerce reach increased, sales were boosted, and Kokae Woman expanded internationally, reaching markets across Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean. The brand resonated with its target audience, establishing a strong foundation for future growth and brand recognition.
